ABOUT REVITY PILATES
Revity Pilates is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio in Burlington, dedicated to offering small, intimate classes with a maximum of 10 participants. Our mission is to create a welcoming, energizing, and personalized fitness experience for our clients, empowering them to achieve their health and wellness goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.

 

The Role
We are looking for a passionate, certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team as we prepare for our grand opening at the end of March 2025. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality instruction tailored to individual client needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead small group Reformer Pilates classes (up to 10 participants).

• Create and deliver personalized, engaging, and safe workouts for all fitness levels.

• Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a sense of community and trust.

• Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate clients with varying abilities or injuries.

• Maintain a clean and organized studio space in alignment with our standards.

• Collaborate with the studio team to support client retention and satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor 

• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a group or private setting.

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and injury prevention.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

• A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
