Studio Policies
Revity Pilates is a boutique studio offering personalized, high-quality pilates classes. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we maintain the following policies and guidelines:
Class Scheduling and Studio Access
-
Revity Pilates is a reservation-based studio and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
-
For the health and safety of our clients, all class bookings and requests must be made through the Revity Pilates booking platform.
-
All classes are approximately 55 minutes in duration.
Sessions & Packages
-
All single sessions and packages must be purchased through the Revity Pilates booking platform.
-
Memberships auto-renew monthly, cancel anytime within 30 days' notice.
-
Clients are required to have an active session or package in their account to book a class.
-
Grip socks are mandatory and must be worn in the studio at all times for safety and hygiene.
-
We do not accept walk-ins. All clients must be signed up and listed on the class roster to join a session.
-
All single classes and packages are non-refundable and subject to expiration. No exceptions.
-
Class packages and memberships are location-specific. If you purchase a package at one Revity Pilates location, it is valid only at that specific studio. Be sure to check the terms when purchasing.
Cancellation and Late Policies
-
We have a strict 12-hour session cancellation policy. Any cancellations or changes made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session will result in a loss of that session.
-
If you need to switch to another class, you may do so outside of the 12-hour window, provided there is availability. Within the 12-hour window, any changes will be treated as a cancellation.
-
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed to join the class for safety reasons, and the session credit will be forfeited.
Waitlist Policies
-
If a class is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist.
-
The 12-hour cancellation policy applies to any class you are added to from the waitlist.
-
The waitlist closes 12 hours before the class start time. You will not be automatically added after this point.
-
If you no longer wish to attend a class you are waitlisted for, please remove yourself at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the standard late cancellation policy.
-
Ensure you are subscribed to class confirmation emails to receive waitlist notifications.
